What this site is
https://simmy.co.za is the official site of Simmy, singer & songwriter. It exists to share music, videos, live dates and news. It does not sell anything: every "listen" and "tickets" button hands you over to a third party who handles the transaction under their own terms.
Content and copyright
The recordings, artwork, photography, video, text and design on this site are protected by copyright and are owned by their respective rights holders. Musical works and sound recordings are administered by the relevant labels, publishers and collecting societies.
You may view the site, link to it, and share links to it on social media. You may not copy, re-upload, sample, remix, sell or otherwise reproduce the material here without written permission from the rights holder.
Using the site properly
